We sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your CBD product(s). Our team will help to process your return and issue you a credit/refund. We accept returns of products in their original, unopened condition. We do not cover return shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item, be sure to not open the bottle. We can only accept returns on bottles that haven’t been tampered with in any way. You may request a return authorization by email to email@example.com within 30 days from receiving your CBD products. The address for the product return will be in this authorization email. Items should be returned new and in the condition in which they were delivered. Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
